CTC FlexiCrew was launched in response to the changing needs of our client airlines. Today’s airlines need to be streamlined in their approach to resourcing, but this does not mean they should accept a reduction in the quality of their crew. 

Our standards are high and accordingly pilots who wish to apply for a position through CTC FlexiCrew should be prepared to demonstrate that they have all the right qualities and skills. Applicants for an advertised position must therefore be prepared to undergo a selection interview and simulator assessment prior to airline placement. In return we will commit to working actively on your behalf to find a position commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
